1. Acceptance of Terms By using PesoGate payment gateway services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description PesoGate provides payment processing services including multi-provider gateway integration, 3D Secure authentication, and merchant dashboard tools for online businesses worldwide.
3. Merchant Obligations
- Provide accurate business information during registration
- Maintain PCI DSS compliance standards
- Monitor transactions for fraudulent activity
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain adequate customer service for payment-related inquiries
4. Prohibited Activities
- Processing payments for illegal goods or services
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Adult content or gambling (restricted jurisdictions)
- High-risk merchant categories without prior approval
- Circumventing security measures
5. Fees and Charges
- Transaction fees as specified in your merchant agreement
- Setup fees for premium plans
- Chargeback fees for disputed transactions
- Currency conversion fees for international payments
6. Limitation of Liability PesoGate’s liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
