Setup Fees Setup fees are non-refundable once account activation is complete and API credentials are provided.
Transaction Fees Transaction fees are non-refundable as they cover processing costs with our banking partners and payment networks.
Merchant Refunds to Customers
- Refunds to end customers must be processed through PesoGate system
- Refund processing time: 3-5 business days
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method
- Partial refunds are supported through merchant dashboard
Chargeback Protection
- Merchants are responsible for chargeback fees
- We provide dispute management tools and evidence submission
- Chargeback fees are non-refundable regardless of dispute outcome
Service Credits In case of service downtime exceeding 99.9% uptime SLA:
- Monthly service credits equal to 10% of monthly fees per hour of downtime
- Credits applied automatically to next billing cycle
- Maximum credit cannot exceed 50% of monthly fees
Dispute Resolution All refund requests must be submitted through official support channels with proper documentation and will be reviewed within 5 business days.
