Refund and Returns Policy

Setup Fees Setup fees are non-refundable once account activation is complete and API credentials are provided.

Transaction Fees Transaction fees are non-refundable as they cover processing costs with our banking partners and payment networks.

Merchant Refunds to Customers

  • Refunds to end customers must be processed through PesoGate system
  • Refund processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method
  • Partial refunds are supported through merchant dashboard

Chargeback Protection

  • Merchants are responsible for chargeback fees
  • We provide dispute management tools and evidence submission
  • Chargeback fees are non-refundable regardless of dispute outcome

Service Credits In case of service downtime exceeding 99.9% uptime SLA:

  • Monthly service credits equal to 10% of monthly fees per hour of downtime
  • Credits applied automatically to next billing cycle
  • Maximum credit cannot exceed 50% of monthly fees

Dispute Resolution All refund requests must be submitted through official support channels with proper documentation and will be reviewed within 5 business days.
